Will there be an option for some of EB II cavalry units to dismount?

Will EB II have the three/four basic RTW/BI capabilities/whatever_you_call_it such as command, management, loyalty, and influence or the somewhat more complex M2TW system? How is the EB II traits system going to be different or will it be the same, another words?

Please find enough heart to forgive me if these questions have already been asked. I have done forum searches, so I hope this is the first time someone asks this.

This isn't MTW, in MTWII there is no option for cavalry to dismount.

EBII traits will largely be the same as they were in EBI.

"largely". So they won't be completely the same. In other words, the MTWII traits will be used and while "largely" they are the same as RTW, they are not completely the same. (i.e. instead of management there is piety in MTWII)

Umm, are we talking of traits or attributes? I was talking about traits. If we are talking about attributes then you can expect to see some radical changes.
