Epeiros have taken Italy. I was looking forvard to fight rome in a big war. But this happened. I have never touched romani, i promise. Only a small sea fight. I wanted them to grow big so that i could have a great war against them.

But how to give them back italy? Is there anything i can do?

Either cnquer it or use force_diplomacy to buy all of the cities in Italia and anywhere else you want the Romans to have, and then give it to them as a gift

Ahaha it looks like Epiros made Italy their homeland seing Macedonia has almost all of greece. And the romans migrated north in barbarian terretory hehe nice twist.

In my romani campaign i'm doing the exact oposite you are... taking it easy and waiting to have a BIG war with carthage^_^

use the add_money cheat and buy each city of for 100-120k use more fd and process_cq to build walls and stuff thhen gift it back to romans,
i recommend u do it all till u push them epirotes back to taras and that other city south... then move them to sicily and when epirote stacks threaten to attack roman cities move_character them south to sicily until romans can build up new stacks etc...lots of micromanagement but its needed if u want to have any reforms in the game

Pahlav: Reformed Government
The Pahlav reform isn't like the other reforms. Pahlav has a "reformed" government building that it buildable in Iran/Persia. Once you build up the infrastructure of the town, you are able to upgrade your nomadic government and reform your control of the region.

Other Reforms:
All other factional reform units are tied to the "March or Time" event (Vanilla Marian Reform) which requires the Romans to build a huge city in central Italy to trigger. This is just an arbitrary time delay.

Wow, you got a pretty amazing AI expansion, really uncommon.

Could you tell what year you're in? I assume you're Qart'Hadast?

You have the best of both worlds, I despise Epieros about as much as I despise Rome, you can conquer Italy, while its in Epeiros' hands.

Forget that FD mess. Cheat you some money, 40000 at a time then bribe the cities from Epeiros, or conquer them, then gift them to the Romans. Leave the Romans alone for about 25 years then war with them.

Ive kept several factions alive this way, or just flat out moved them so they could last longer. I almost always take Syrakousai, and Massila (naval invasions) and gift it to KH in my Mak games, unless I play KH. When I play a Mak campaign, its fun to see what KH does after I kick them out of Greece.

Im always saving AS's ass (blue or yellow death) this way, and sometimes I do it for Lusotannan, when I play Carthage.

Not really. Similar thing happened to me when I was playing as the Qarthadastim back in 0.81. Only in my case I actively interevened to hamper the Epeirotes' expansion (via spies and assassins) but they kicked the Romani out of Roma despite it :wall:

Yeah. I make it a habit to make sure none of the AI's are compelely wiped out. Think of it as being a sort of international police force, if you will. It can be great fun, though, to put a dying faction on the other side of the world. :clown:

it's every time different. in my sweboz campaign the ptolemaioi conquerd all of the seleukids, baktria, pontos etc. and are invading europe in byzantion.

in my roman campaign Pontos is very strong and conquerd great parts of the seleukid empire, hayasdan and sauromatae ground

Strange things can happen. I've had the Koinon Hellenon succeed more often than the Makedonians. Similarly I've seen the Saka Rauka become modestly successful, and the Arverni overcome the Aedui (rarely). But I'm yet to see Arche Selukeia beat the Ptolemaioi, I think most people agree that's an issue. My Ptolemaioi campaign is more "moderate" in difficulty, after the first 2 big battles it's a piece of cake.

Thats because Epiros totals Makedon's captial in the first round. i usually move_character KH's king from crete, cause he never goes back or takes crete.
