I've tried installing it and done everything but i cant get the legions provincial name., i already posted in the thread but i think i wont be getting any help there for quite some time. I'm already considering returning to original EB mode but can anyone out there that has installed this mode properly help me out?

Thanks!

It allows you to recruit the likes of the Bruttians, Peltasts in Taras etc and restricts your ability to recruit Latin units to Rome and the north, this makes it easier to create realistic Roman armies with two Latin and two allied legions. Look in the AAR and guides sections which will give you a breakdown of what a Consular army would be in EB.
It also means you can continue to recruit allied units after the Marian reforms which is more historically acurate I believe.
Also you can only recruit some of the best units in Rome.
If you want to play the Romans with a more balanced army its a great mod and I would recommend using something like Darth Stalins formation mod as well which will give you better formations on the battlefield.
I'm now at 120BC with this mod and it has been a real bonus, and my favourite units are the Bruttians!!

You need to delete the map.rwm file in the data/world/maps/base folder. The first time you start a new campaign after that, it will load very slowly as it needs to generate a new map.rwm file, but after then the mod should work as intended.
