My highest score is 111, not counting the scoring rate multiplier.

165 is my most recent high score. My advice would be to concentrate on keeping the ball down and getting 1s and 2s. If you're looking for runs, that is, it doesn't really help your strike rate multiplier.

Who needs to work? Unfortunately, I can't get the reverse sweep to work :embarassed:

117 is my best so far. I notice that after the century, one gets bowled a yorker or two, and I've always been a sucker for those when the blood is up.

You'll probably have a greater chance of being mentioned if you embellish your story with how you're wasting your education getting high scores on internet games.

That doesn't seem to have a lot to do with it. When I used to play cricket, my average was 6 (runs per inning).

Real cricket has more complications, such as line, lateral deviation, fielders near the bat, and the occasional fast bowler who wants to knock your head off. Saying that, facing a fast bowler is nowhere near as scary as fielding close in for a spinner - sometimes the batsman takes exception to your company, and aims the ball at you with vigour. Despite my rubbishness with the bat, I've only ever felt challenged by quickies, but I've felt terrified when the skipper told me to go in at silly point.

How do you stack them so neatly? Whenever I try that stunt, they end up bouncing out of reach and then onto the wicket or into the out-zone.
