Hi, I need a good mod that allows me to play as the WRE and ERE rebels. Could you please refer me to one?

This mod (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/local_links.php?catid=97&linkid=162) makes all BI factions playable. That includes the WRE's rebels and ERE's rebels if/when they emerge.
