Recruitment Viewer and 1.1

Is the recruitment viewer program updated for EB 1.1? I can't tell if the Sweboz units are all present or not.

It was to be updated to 1.1 version. But few modifications where made after RV 1.1 was completed so it is almost 1.1 Version.
