Hello, I just downloaded EB v1.1 and started my first campaign as the Romani. I have just conquered Taras and built my homeland government, however, I do not have the option to now build my lowest level factional MIC. Are there any other required buildings that must first be built before you can build the factional MIC?

I have yet to replace the existing Epirote governor's house due to my population level being too low. Do I need to have both my homeland government established and my governor's residence built before I am able to build my factional MIC?

I have a similar situation in Bononia. I haven't yet established a government type (just a provisional military gov) but I do not have the option of building a narrow road. Are the requirements for the road the same as those for building the MIC?

Thanks. So far I think this is a wonderful mod.

I believe that you won't be able to build factional MICs in those particular settlements until after the Polybian reforms. None of the Camillian Roman units are recruitable in those regions anyway.

Camillan Romani units can only be built in your starting towns.

Build Type IV governments everywhere you conquer, and local (regional) MICs.
