Titles??

Have FM titles been completely removed in EB? i mean like the cunning, the good, the great, the might and so on?

I mean for example my faction leader in my romani campaign gained the trait spy master as i recall in vanilla that gives you the cunning trait. I always liked the tittles you'r family member gets it makes the effort you give in role-playing them more worth it.

yes they do but its made to be harder to get (same with command stars)
but if you campaign with taht individual for a long time (at least 12 years straight and many victories)
youll get some traits

Eh so you mean if i get the trait Legendary hero my FM gets "the great" trait or what? is getting titles much harder than getting a triumph? my general is about to get his triumph but i'm waiting until tomorrow coz i'm sleepy and i want to savour the moment hahaha.

Take a general and conquer the entirety of the Successor kingdoms, youll get "the Great" title in your name I bet.

There are a few titles you can get such as "the Crippled" and I think "Corpulentus" is still in. There are also the Roman "conqueror" traits. Other than these it is really hard to get many other titles, though many are still in there.

I got the crippled cause i kept sending this one general into suicidal battles and Auto-Calc-ing them. Ended up severly crippled, bastard never succumed to his wounds, died of old age in the city he conquered in scotland.

he got it after about 30 battles. Before he got the crippled, he had another title... it had something to do with being a crazy warrior... i cant remember what it was. Maybe The Powerful, or something like that.

EDIT: i remembered, it was THE MIGHTY! lol the next battle he became a cripple.

I never remembered them being so hard to get in Vanilla RTW. Maybe it is linked with the Command Stars, coz theyre harder to get in EB as well

I think part of the reason was the Roman "Africanus" "Germanicus" etc titles. It would be pretty annoying if your legendary general went from Scipio Africanus to Scipio Corpulentus.

Gee, that's not a very nice title. Couldn't he have become "The Mighty Cripple"?
