Is there a way to change how long your leader lives?

Can you do the same with generals?

Speaking of generals, can you change how they look? Can you increase their attributes too?

To your first question, yes. I presume you play with data unpacked? M2TW is uninstalled atm, so it's difficult to explain. It's an .xml file among the other game data. it says how many kids each general can have, variations in age for husbands, longevity and spinster age. it also sets crusade movement modifier.
your second question is also yes, as that sets the age for all generals. as it is now, old age can set in from 60. i think 105 is the maximum.
