online play , help please

hi all , im new here , can anyone tell me if there are any servers that support online play for medieval toal war ?

Hello pashi2004 Welcome.

Yes there is still a Gamespy Server for MTW multiplayer.
Mostly there are people online on Friday Saturday and Sunday from about 21.00 GMT. but they are playing MTW/Viking Invasion/Patch v2.01.

You will need to create a FREE Gamespy account Here (https://login.gamespyid.com/login.aspx?r=https%3a%2f%2flogin.gamespyid.com%2findex.aspx&sl=)
Then, Log on through your game CD, select Multiplay, enter your ...email address, GS username, password and the CD Key (exactly as it is on the manual or cd case including the '-' and '0' are ZEROS), then press ENTER.

Edit: To log on to the game lobby...
Start the game with CD
Select Multyplayer
Select Play on GameSpy (the page with your details will appear)
Below where it says Click to change your CD key you should now see...Continue
Select Continue
Next page allows you to click to go online.

thanks for the big welcome , have another query , i have also got rome total war which im at the moment trying to get to play on gamespy , i have a gamespy account but when i try to join gamespy through the game it says invalid cd key ' theres no zeros or o's , i have also tried launching the game direct from the rtw gamespy lobby but it wont even launch , is this because of the cd key problem again ? ive configured my firewall so that shouldnt be an issue .

When you say you've sorted it for RTW what exactly did you do?
