While being heartily disapointed with both choices as canindates (independents don't even stnd a chance, so i'm excluding them), I must say, McCain is not such a fool to commit what is political suicide, despite whatever you may think. He is conservative, but not a meglomaniac. I would also appreciate it if you would also take into consideration the fact that Obama is little more experienced than Palin, and while he is undoubtedly an extremely energetic and intelligent man, (one can easily see this in his chrasmatic speeches and his shrewd campaigning) I feel that he has little knowledg considering reprecussions of his actions. For instance, while his health care plans and helping the poor are indeed considerate and nice, this plan has great potential in turning the US into a huge welfare state (i.e., A nation/political entity where people are not motivated to work because they are supported by welfare), and i seriously wonder if he can see beyond the initial, short term effects.
And BTW, ANY canidate is better than Bush. I will concede that. And don't get me started on him.
Take it to the backroom people.
