What is needed to run EB?

I've been trying to figure out if EB runs off Barbarian Invasion or not and I can't seem to find any info on it. I've yet to download the mod (though I really look forward to it.) I've recently ordered R:TW Gold and it should be here soon.

Love the mod from what I've read so far.
