I was just curious about when will the ETW MP and Mod Sub-Fourms be added here to the ETW board?

By tradition, it will only happen after the game is released. There may be no MP in the released game hence no need for MP forum :inquisitive:

Indeed. The mere mention of even the possibility of no multiplayer would almost surely cause Warman and the other Black Hawks to become apoplectic. ~D


Dropping back into "serious mode" for a moment: As to when the sub-forums for Empire modding and MP will be added, the short answer is I don't know yet. Thus far, there's not really been much discussion about either subject, so we've not been in any particular hurry. ~;)

That said, I would like to get both sub-forums set up before the game is actually released. However, whether that's done a month beforehand, only a day beforehand, or what-have-you, I honestly couldn't say just yet. It'll probably be determined by several factors, with community interest level not being the least of them.

Gah! Censorship!
As far as I am concerned, with the difficulties to log onto M2:TW, there is no longer MP in M2:TW. Look at post counts on MP forum for M2:TW, we see direct correlation. M2:TW/K was released with separate campaigns, balkanized the MP pool and killed its MP potential. (I know mods have been done to make it work, but official support wasn't there in the first place at release time).

So, it was within the realm of possibility that MP would be unplayable in E:TW. As spmeone who played 97% on MP, it put me out of commission for a while now.
