Help with battle interface...

Hi,

I just DLed EB, the first few battles i did the interface was fine, but then it just changed.. it disappeared completely, the only thing left are the unit cards in the bottom, and the buttons to group units, formations, hourglass .. etc appear in the upper side when i move my mouse there.. i tried everything to get it back, and even reinstalled it..
Pls help this is driving me crazy :inquisitive::wall:

i also want to report a bug, after a few turns all my family members members turned to impostors (at the same time) is that normal?

Use the Trivial Script to change the battle UI. You want to switch the "Minimal UI" setting.

Did you load an EB 1.1 savegame in 1.2? It's not savegame compatible. Did you install any submod?

Do switch the "Minimal UI" on or off? (checked or un-checked?)

about my generals turning into impostors thing, is there any way to avoid that? does it have negative affect on my cities/armies?

last question, where can i find guides/playing tips for different factions? I didnt find much in "Gameplay Guides & AAR's"

You cannot use a 1.1 savegame with 1.2. They are not compatible. The "bug" is not there if you start a new campaign.

You'll have to search the general forum for threads with tips. For instance, search for "Baktria tips" and you should be able to find something. You can also start a new thread in the general forum, many people tend to answer these kinds of questions.
