Aside from command skill, who's the strongest (meant that they will had many battles won, and conquering many cities... almost too easily from the start), in your opinion? - put aside the ridiculous 9 stars eleutheroi generals...

Although I don't fully understand your question, I think Pyrrhos is the best starting general in EB.

Soory for my bad english then...:quiet:

I just wnt to know your opinions, who had the most ridiculously huge troop stack at the starting point, and capable enough to use them to conquer a lot of cities INSTANTLY?

Phyrhos is great, but he need a bit reinforcements... I did found that ai characters are given extra units.... phyrhos are mean if you are not him...:whip:~:grouphug:

Satres, the mean and evil guy who seems to hide a clone army facility in the Alps ;)

Obviously you didn't read his first post. He said excluding scripted generals...

Sapalbizes (Saka starting faction leader) is so good. He starts with like 4 stars, and he's a Saka FM, so he kicks ass. The Saka can start by taking 4 settlements, largely on the back of this guy.

Well, Antigonos (Makedonian Faction Leader) is also good. He has some good command/management/influence points as well as a good starting army just outside of Athenai, the latter screaming for you to besiege her.

Pyrrhos. Not only does he have 4 or 5 stars already right from the start, he is very quick in gaining more command points during battles. When I started an epirote campaign he died with 9 command stars in the streets of athens -- and he died by the hand of the KH faction leader -- what an epic movie death.

did the enemy leader's mother throw a rock on his pate?:clown:

but yes, I agree that Pyrrhos is indeed the best general around, at least in the west. Epeiros is Built on his back in the game (I have yet to see makedonia win on Epeiros-yet). and his traits help add skill to him.

well, gotta go.

On my Casse campaign Makedonia wiped out Epeiros a long time ago.

It has to be Barae. He is just a demon. He definetly has the best genetics which allows him to gain command stars incredibly quickly and he's also really young and will be around in the 230s. Only problem is that he has a tiny army and it is a while before he can begin his reign of terror.

band your Spartan FM together to form a Spartan army of death. Support with those Cretan archers and the akonistai and slingers and you can take any city.

I agree with this. It is very easy to get Barae up to 10 command/management/influence. The man is godly.

If you can manage enough time to build up reinforcements, Phyrros's son Alexandros can become more capable than his father in 3 years... just made sure he command the army in campaign...:smash:

I just play casse and I use Barrae too... (I never use him before, coz its weird he's the leader and his father and older kin are not... ) yes, he's pretty good at statistic, but his chariot weirdos are poor fighters.... He was killed in his 5th battle:wall: when smashing Avernii infantry formations:wall: from behind:wall: (he caught up and killed):wall:... before I reload and never use him to smash enemy line again...:smash:

I have a Caesar whom I'm still training, Ive made him SEE THE ELEPHANT at least twice, he's even been apart of killing a few also, celebrated a triumph and is now helping me raise his son and soon to be heir.. Darn I want to take some pics but my PrtScn hasn't been working.
