A Montana Judge has just ruled that Doctor assisted suicide is a right (if your dying). I guess these sorts of rulings were inevitable after the Bush administration lost that case against the Oregon law. However if would have been nice to see the legislature pass laws regulating this.

You have a right to live. Not a duty.

With that taken into account, it would be inhumane for health services to prevent people from dieing as painlessly as possible if they so desire.

Glad to see that Montana is miles ahead of France on this issue.

Good. I'm a big advocate of suicide by cop and this is a step forward. Cull the weak and old! :devil:

Yeah I agree this is a good thing. Good progress here, let's hope it stands.
