...the first one.
I played through the game twice when I first got it in '05, uninstalled it after that because of the huge save-files. I have recently reinstalled it, and am now about halfway (a third?) through the game.
I'm at the Hell's Kitchen level where I have to help Paul send a tranmission of some sort. I've stopped playing for the moment because I'm very annoyed at the game at the moment. I resolved to play a stealth/non-lethal-type who toes the UNATCO line, using the baton and crossbow and sneaking around as much as possible, sucking up to Navarre, etc. (I had previously mostly played the rogue who stole from everyone, smashed everything that wasn't nailed down to pieces and killed everyone including my allies.) I even shot Lebedev immediately in the 747. So it annoys me that I have to help Paul and get caught by Simons and Gunther.
The amazing way I remembered NPCs react to the little things I do (such as Manderley telling me off for being in the women's restroom) seem pretty superficial this time round. And it's a lot more difficult and less rewarding to play a pure sneaker/hacker than a hybrid or just a tank-- about halfway through the first level, I already felt my trigger finger itching, and I remembered why I spent my two previous playthroughs feeding buckshot to everyone else.
