im wonderin if for ex if u take taras nd the epriotes die out nd it rebels will it rebel to the epriotes or will it be eleuthoroi

No faction re-emergence in RTW, so eleutheroi.

Don't quite know what you are asking, honestly, but if you take the last Epirote town, any remaining family members will become Eleutheroi, and if you kill the last Epirote family member the same will happen to any remaining Epirote towns. Just like any other faction.

yeh he answered my question what i mean is if a faction dies nd if one of there original towns rebels will they come back or will the eleuthoroi take control

This is quite interesting actually... That about faction re-emergement. If, I say, you make re-emergement possible (through altering the descr_stat.txt file while running on BI, then would a faction re-appear through rebellion if dead?
