I am having a few problems with 1.2 I keep getting lines across my sreen which then flashes ghost images and changes colors of objects etc I have set my graphics for lowest level and my card is an 8600gt nvidia love the game but i hate the bugs I have yet to actually finish a campaign yet after starting several times over two years of off and on play . I am no computer wiz and some of the downloading instructions are beyond my capability (like copying the game to a new file and down loading from there frankly this game is so much better than whats out that I would gladly pay 40 bucks for a disc with a few minor bugs just to load it up the right way ) I am not quite sure I am doing that . You guys should really reach out to the gaming comunities (board game, minitures ,board game geek ,the minitures page .etc and sell this sucker !!!! these are so much better than what is out now . I would love to play on line but I feel I need a GAMERS computer class before I F&**&^ the download process again . Anyway thanks again any help would be welcome . Patrick

A bit chaotic there. Try to upgrade your video drivers. If that doesn't help, downgrade them.
Also try to add -ne and -nm to the EB shortcut (or choose no movies in the Trivial Script starter).

I presume these instructions are not detailed enough, let me know how you understand them and we can take it from there.

Ok sorry about the rambling .I haven't tried down grading my video drivers yet I wanted to try the other options first .(Also try to add -ne and -nm to the EB shortcut (or choose no movies in the Trivial Script starter). How would I go about doing these? Thanks Patrick

Do you have the Trivial Script installed?

I guess you can't remember what you did when you installed 1.1. When you start EB, what do you do? Do you click an icon, and the game immediately starts up? Or do you get a window with many options?

I click on my microsoft start button then click on the icon there and the game loads

Okay, then you don't use the Trivial Script. I want you to go to the start menu as before, but right-click the EB shortcut instead of left-clicking it. Choose Properties in the selection that appears.

Then add " -ne -nm" (without the quotes, and note the preceding space) to the end of the Target line. Finally run as usual.

If this is getting too technical, you can install the Trivial Script, however. It eases making these kinds of changes.
