Making a mod...

When making a mod, is it possible to put in ALL the files from the actual game into it? If so: would I have to have directories like the actual games?

Yes, it's possible and yes, you'd have to follow the same folder/file structure.

However some files contain paths to files that are not relative to the data folder they are in, so you'd have to re-path some files.
