Countries around the world are bailing out all sorts of industries. Having a separate Tsar (I prefer this spelling, though Car Czar has better alliteration) for each industry and each country is a disorganized mess. So, I have a modest proposal...

Let us appoint one Tsar with authority over the entire global economy. Only one man is qualified to wield that much power. I nominate Vladimir Putin.
