New error upon exit

After encountering problems with BI.exe & EB, I reinstalled RTW, BI, + EB 1.2. Now I'm getting a different error upon exiting the program. Here is a pic:

Any ideas on what it could be or what I can do to fix it?

For problems with BI, you need to ask the people who use BI. Only RTW is supported. You'll find them in the unofficial mods subforum.
