AI unlimited gold

I was wondering if there was a way to stop the Ai form getting unlimited money ecery turn. If i remember the computer gives AI factions extra gold even if they have all ports blocked and most cities are gone.

I don't think AI gets unlimited money. I always heard that AI gets an extra 1,000 mnai per turn per settlement in addition to the monetary assistance for the firs 15 turns. I guess what you can do is simply start subtracting money through console. To minimize the drudgery you can do this only to the powerful nations, as they are the only ones who can survive without the extra money.
