Looking for answers about the XL Tyberius add on

Where can i find a full download of the complete mod? It seems the link the the full version with XL included is not there anymore. Also in the thread for the 2.0 there is a 2.3 patch, but there is no link to the patch? What's the deal? Can anyone explain this to me, because i would like to try out with mod, but i want to get the fully patched version. Thanks.

Due to unfortunate differences with our fellow Axalon I have no longer permission to use his info pics and unit /review icons. So I had to block all links leading to patches/install files that contains his work.
for all those who care about, I will replace it with my own work and re-release the deleted files.
