SWKotOR problem with cheats

when i edit it on swkotor.ini., I got an error:

Cannot create the C:\Program Files\LucasArts\SWKotOR\swkotor.ini file.


Make sure that the path and file name are correct.

I also have another problem. to destroy the krayt dragon, how many bantha fodder. i have no bantha in the eastern dune sea.

Are you running Vista by any chance?

You need to bypass Vista's blasted UAC or you can't edit any files in the Program Files folder. You can just tun UAC off, edit the file then turn it back on to get around it. There is another way but I've forgotton how now :wall:

Go to the Control Panel, switch it to 'Classic View'. Find the folder called 'User Accounts' and in that there is an option to turn the UAC on and off. Just turn it off, edit the file and save it, then turn it back on again after. That should work but just shout here if you have any problems.
