it seems to me that the forums were down from about 8:00 last night to noon today.
an explanation?

I suspect Octosquid subterfuge.

Though even that is a relief, for a while there I was struck by the horrible prospect that my workplace might have started blocking the Org. :fainting:

The Org main site was actually up, but the forums and wiki were down. I know how you feel though, I actually had to do some work this morning...

Threads like these should be in the Watchtower.

At this point, it looks like a simple error in retrieving some lines of code (I think). It has been fixed, as the .Org is back and I guess we wait on Tosa to say something.

Keep an eye on the watchtower, he normally posts there.
