I am trying to advance to Marian reforms and i am curious if there is an easy way to trigger a characters trait for "Sharp/Charismatic/Vigorous", "Popularis", and "Consul". I find a lot of my characters have the first trait. I am also concerned about advancing to the Augustan reforms because i have never seen the "Arrogans" trait. How do get this trait along with "Skilled Bureaucrat", and "Expert Recruiter"? I don't not mind using a cheat code if it helps me advance to these reforms.
