Changing a units facing direction at dest on the fly

Ive read the manual and and've done key word searches and am sure its explained in one of the in depth FAQs but Im stumped.

Say I dont want to change the formation or frontage and have them head off to a destination at a 45` angle and want them facing an entirely different direction once they arrive.


e.g. facing 12 o'clock initially and start marching off in 10 o'clock direction and when they arrive the're facing 3 o'clock.

It's right click and drag (this also can be used to change the formation depth, you may want to pause to get this right).

You also can press shift and < or > to rotate on the spot.
