I've been pretty annoyed.
after playing the mod for few weeks It wouldn't start!
I click on the EB symbol to start the game. It comes up with an error message
that says it can't copy a model?!

When you've got trouble with mods you're better served by seeking out the individual mod forums at both here and twc for answers. The guys who frequent those specific forum areas should be able to solve any problems you have.
