I had the idea of changing the reform triggers for the Roman Reforms to purely province based, without the time limit. I saw a thread about how to do that a few weeks or so back, but it seems to have vanished and I can't find it now without getting a pool of a hundred other threads. Could someone please either tell me what I need to or point me in the direction of the thread I want? :) Thanks in advance.

Well I triggered the reforms recently and its nice to achieve it without cheating. In a few words, you need a plebian character who is Vigurous, Charismatic and :inquisitive:, well its early in the morning my brain is not working properly. When he is elected Tribune send him to hot spots to earn chevrons under the command of a senior officer. When he is elected Questor and Preator send him to govern cities where a temple of Ceres is build, he has to be a worshiper of the God to trigger the reforms. Then give him commands in small battles to gain expirence and stars. He needs to be elected Consul twice, so its neccessary to keep him active. For further info see the Faq.
Cheers.

I believe he actually didn't ask for help to achieve the reforms in the way they are currently in the game.
Rather he would like to change the reform script.
@NightStar76:
Maybe you'll find this thread (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=80502&highlight=reform+province+base) helpful. ~:)

The thread that has vanished is almost biting your nose off! It's like ten threads under this one at the moment...
