As a basketball ref! I now wield more power than I did this morning. I can only assume this means Im unstoppable.

My job discreption is to alleviate conflict in a competitive atmosphere. I'm perfect!!!!!

Out of interest, where? Reffing what type of games? As the full ref?

Back in my days of club basketball, the ref's had a year or so of shadowing the full one, then they went out and did it properly.

It is for intamurals for my uni. (I will also be playing!) It's a crew of three, 2 refs and scorekeeper (we will alternate) We get like a week of training then we are full refs. I have experience with youth leagues and considering basketball was my first love, I shouldn't run into anything to difficult. I can't vouch for my peers though.

Congratulations, nonetheless! A worthy achievment...just...keep the booze off the court.

Good luck, try not to have a brick land on your head or any other lethal object while outside when doing your job, oh and try not to get stabbed or being to strict, and avoid getting ran over by a hit and run driver 20 seconds after starting warm ups

Well football>everything here but its not in season right now. I always liked wrestling just never got around to trying it out. Other than power bombs but I'm not sure if that counts.
