There is a new permanent fix for 1.2, fixing a Sweboz reform marker spam which causes crashes. Click on my sig and get it. This fix is important regardless of which faction you play, as an AI Sweboz with the reform will also cause the crash.

All fixes are savegame compatible, unless otherwise stated. Says so in the fixes post.

New fix, this time for Carthie reform spam. Hopefully no other reforms are affected in the same way.

Carthie reform spam??? The charties have had the reform in my campaign, and except for a missing EB description for the reform, nothing is wrong. It's been 40 turns since they got them. Can anything go wrong after that still?

I don't know, they were reported to be spamming in one guy's game, and this change made them stop spamming for him :shrug:. I basically replaced the old fix for the Carthie spam with the way I did for the Sweboz one. If you don't have a problem, I guess it's fine the way it is for you.

My fix is just to eliminate the Carthaginians before they can get the reform :smash:

The old way of fixing the reform spam happens regardless of who owns the appropriate territories. Let me tell you every time I play as the Romani I'm sure my legions are quite surprised when a magical building sprouts out of the ground declaring the Carthage Reform. But then I've never had it spam....

Any problems experienced installing this fix over the earlier Sweboz only fix?

No, that's another part of the EBBS. Carthie fix is the EBBS with both fixes.

I have the same non-problem as Lord Curly in my campaign.
