View Full Version : New But Not Really...
Hello, I've been lurking for a long, long time. Finally decided to register to talk about a game concept I've been thinking about for quite a while. Now I just have to be patient and wait for access to The Arena.
Aside from that. I am a big fan of the Total War series, or rather, to the mods of the Total War series. Europa Barbarorum is my favorite(Yay for history!). Apart from that, I play a bunch of different games, I like to read, I like to write, and I like to draw occasionally.
If I remember correctly, the last part of Battlestar Galactica starts tomorrow night. I'll be looking forward to that as well.
So this is me.

its kind of creepy how alike this post is to the one I was going to do.... except if you replace battlestar galactica with getting a new DnD book. I am new to and most of what he says applies [writing, reading, Europa barbarum, lurking] so instead of posting a whole new thread posted here:beam:.
welcome, contribute and your org options will open up

Hello Cultured Drizzt fan. I was very much into the Drizzt Do'Urden stories a few years ago. Not so much anymore, but its nice to see someone with very much the same interests as myself.
welcome, contribute and your org options will open up
Thank you. I do plan on contributing. It will be hard to shake my lurker ways, but I hope to be very active in these forums from now on.

Greetings! To both Broteas and Cultured Drizzt fan. Welcome to the Org, the best little Total War site in this here corner of the internet.
I too was a lurker. I lurked for years before signing up. I finally got around to it in 2007, where I made one post and then promptly disappeared.
But I resurfaced recently as Empire beagan to gather steam. Despite lurking for so long I contribute regularly, frequently, and some might say indiscriminately. So it's easy to quit being a lurker with a bit of willpower (plus I hear you can get patches to help you now :laugh4:)
Also I see Broteas has become a full Member with only two posts. Impressive that, and a good start to what will hopefully be a long and succesful membership.
Also good on both of you for reading and writing as hobbies. I write quite frequently, so we also share something in common. :2thumbsup:
Thanks for joining us! :beam:

Always Andres, always with the Gameroom :grin2:
And Martok my dear friend, I seem to lack ample hands in the stables. All my workers have decided to go post nice things everywhere! This is terrible, I need a reliable person that will stay and work, like Dave.
