ok. so i have seen the video, but not in the game.. do your generals commit seppuku if they lose enough battles? do you as daimyo commmit seppuku if you just plain suck??

If you want to see it in a game, you must lower the honour of one taisho by loosing battle after battle. Tried it just for fun (a taisho with an army of 60 ashis), i got the film eventually, but don't remember how many defeats it took.

You have to send them back to their "starting" province I believe. By starting I mean where they were created.

Hmm I've had an ashi taisho commit suicide after losing a lot of battles ( i love to send ashis each turn it keeps the enemy from attacking as much as normal just beware you don't create an enemy super taisho) . I've had my taisho commit suicide once after he had been routed and had no province to flee to.

a general or dyamio will commit suicide when he is completly surronded by the bad guy, for example your general has just been defited, and he is on a provice that is completely surronded by hojo teretory, well since the hojo defeated him and he has no where to go then he kills himself, the same thing goes for the dyamio
