First we have a completely sloshed Diane Sawyer (http://gawker.com/5136396/diane-sawyer-still-obviously-intoxicated), slurring through her reports. Then we have a slightly more discreet Anderson Cooper (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z-UiJbPN4fM), struggling with simple words. I guess these talking heads can't handle their booze, eh?

Finally my favorite clip of all time, definitive proof of why you shouldn't do TV interviews hung over (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5zOevLN3Tic).

I'm not going anywhere with this, but I'd love to see any more clips of people being drunk on TV news. That would make a lemur happy.

Hows about instead of alcohol, we try the "Chlorpromazine" tablets in the morning (http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=cVw1GoN8_HQ&feature=related).

Almost too much to be just alcohol though. More likely drugs.

A more recent addition. (http://lateshow.cbs.com/latenight/lateshow/video_player/index/php/978097.phtml) Drunk, stoned, or in the middle of a schizophrenic breakdown? Note: I knew a guy who had adult-onset paranoid schizophrenia, and it looked and sounded exactly like this.

this guy is said to be continuously stoned off his ***, for 20 years or more:

Warning! Contains profanity! NSFW!

how the hell does the US allow such shit to act as a news reporter?

To my knowledge he isn't a news reporter, he is a pundit. :inquisitive:

gah! everything to an arab is the same!

the point is, he seems stoned off all the time. i suspect cocain or some other overstimulant.

That went from hilarious to unbearably uncomfortable and then back again really quickly. :dizzy2: I almost felt bad for laughing.

A local radio show had a field day with the Phoenix clip. There was a mention of a rumor that he did it on purpose for a mockumentary to be released in a couple of years, a "Behind the music" sort of thing.

Either way, epic television. And Dave handled it really well.

Apparently they all live in the past too. That clip was like 20 years ago. :inquisitive:

Anyway, the Paula drunk one was the best. :2thumbsup:

if you read the rest, you'd notice that he was in that condition for 20 years plus. basically, I think he has been drunk for 20 years.

but yeah, Paula's drunkeness was the best.
