Hello Org!! First post here and it's in the form of a question:

I know how to edit my preference.cfg file and get this value (unlimited men) turned on. My question is this: How do you get Unlimited_Men to work with Kingdoms? Is there a separate config file for Kingdoms, or does turning this value ON in the m2 preference.cfg apply to the expansion as well?

Thanks

Since Kingdoms campaigns are mods per se, you would need to edit their respective cfg files I believe.

Where would I find the config files for Kingdoms?

I can only find the one for M2. Kingdoms doesn't seem to have one anywhere...although I'm on Vista and I know it hides files in strange places at times. Anyone?

Also does one set of configs have nothing to do with the other? Basically - as long as I edit M2's preference, it will apply to a M2 campaign regardless of what Kingdoms config says?

Thanks

yeah, that's my understanding on how that will play out. In the m2 folder, I believe there should be a section(folder) called "mods" or something like that. In there, it has "crusades", "britania", "americas", and "teutonic" or something along those lines. In there should be all the needed files.

There are no preference files for each campaign. Kingdoms uses the Vanilla preference file.

Thank you very much - this was my suspicion but it's really nice to get some clarification on this.
