Hi guys,

I've reached 253BC as AS and have the highest level MIC lvl5 at Antioch (sp) yet still uable to recruit Hellenic Cataphracts or Thorakitai Agematos Basilikou.

Is it because I had already built lvl MIC before 253BC?

Will I have to destroy on rebuild them to recruit the Hellenic Cataphracts + Thorakitai Agematos Basilikou.

You have to get beaten by cataphracts twice to get them.

Is there anyway I can mod EB myself to make the Hellenic Cataphracts + Thorakitai Agematos Basilikou recruitable now?

If so could someone post the details on how to do this?

You've still got the Saka to play with...they can give the required trait as well if I am not mistaken.

Yeah saka are currently being a pain in the behind...

So 2 large battles how many units does that require?

Also a "loss to the general bodyguard" does that mean I have to loose the whole unit including the general or just a number of men in the unit?

However if anyone one can post details on how to simply make the desired units recruitable via modding that would be best.

you can also use the give_trait cheat if you want.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it's:

give_trait "character" catsomethingorother..sory I forgot the actual trait name you need. someone fill that in?

Press the ~ button (Next to 1, don't need shift) in game and type that in.

I type this in -

give_trait "<character>" ImpressedByCats 1

As mention but just get in response -

err. character not found

What am I doing wrong?

Example:

give_trait "Antiochos Syriakos" ImpressedByCats 1
OR
give_trait "Antiochos Syriakos" ImpressedByCats_1

What about the auto_win cheat, when i press the button next to 1 and write auto_win, and have the initial battle description it tells me err something, what am i doin' wrong?.

You have to tell have should auto_win...

type "auto_win attacker" or "auto_win defender"
