Is it possible to make rebels that have post marian units like legionaries after the reforms but non marian units like hastati before?

not for spawned type rebels that appear on the map, but cities held by sub_faction roman rebels, will use the same recruitment from barracks as the roman faction, if those units have slave ownership in export_descr_units.txt
(don't forget to add skin for the slave faction in descr_model_battle.txt if you add slave ownership to any units)
