Opinions? A good thing, a bad thing? A step in the right, or a step in the wrong direction?

Personally I don't expect anything good to come from a Likud government :juggle2:

Im not holding out much hope, from various things i have read he seems to have a more extreme position than his opposition candidate. I fear all this will just be dumping petrol on the fire that is the Israeli - Palestinian conflict... though it would be nice to be wrong...

A step way over towards the right direction.

I think that the peace process now has even less chance of being successful. Not that there was much hope anyway...

Well, they get what they voted for, and the others get what they couldn't vote for as well.
So everybody is happy or not.
If that doesn't make sense then I probably agree with LittleGrizzly.

I'm disappointed, mostly with the fact that the utra-right got so much support. That Lieberman guy really gets on my nerves.
