Situation:

EB 1.2 + Fixes + my BI installer.
Playing as Sweboz.
Still on first reform.
Fully upgraded MIC.
Germanic Heavy Cavalry not in unit list (only light cavarly are available).

Heavy Cavalry = Reform Unit
Go get the Sweboz Reforms, and your wish for heavy cavalry shall be granted.

That's odd. Usually reform units don't show up in the building description either.

Nah they will. Its like the Carthage Reform units; you can see them, but you can't get them until the reforms activate. Though I believe Carthage's MIC has a "+/-1 enables/disables reform units. Current value = [X]" displayed at the top of theirs. Perhaps a small oversight in the Sweboz MIC?
