Hi guys, does anyone knows where is the file from wich the game gets pictures for generals and family memebers?

I believe most are compressed into one of the .pak files. You'll have to find and download the .pak extractors to get at them.

Well, if you go here (http://www.twcenter.net/forums/downloads.php?do=file&id=43), which is actually in Total War Center, you will be able to download a .pak extractor.

tnx AP.I tried to unpack the file in the eb/data/packs folder but it was a failure,then i tried it in Rome-Totalwar/data/packs, it worked there but i wanted to ask if i can script a slave general with a roman face...

If you wanted to give a specific general a specific face, that would probably require a whole bunch of work and rearranging. I would say that the amount of work wouldn't be worth the return.
