Good for Byrd. After Bush, Congress needs to assert it's Constitutional responsibilities some, if they had shown some spine 8 years ago we might not be in the mess we are in today. Plus, he's bored because he's not in control of Appropriations. ~D

Congress has finally got the hutzpa (that's for you hooah!) to actually enforce it's own role in this system that we have. If Congress 4 years ago had shown this backbone then maybe they could've done something somewhat substantial.

thats a good way of putting it.... its not "ch" like "cheese" but "ch" like..... i dunno....
but ya, you had it right.
but the reason why most people say "h" instead of "ch" is because most non-semetic peoplecant pronounce it.

You've haven't heard Welsh then... singing it sounds most like honey, speaking it sounds more like a phlegmatic senior citizen in one consonant back to the honey tonsils in the next.

I think its all talk and nothing will come of it, he's one senator who holds no chairs. Obama will continue with his czars, after all, Bush did it, and soon it will be status quo, the norm, no questions asked. In 10 years no one will remember what it was like without czars

Chanukah (חנוכה)

Pronounce it similar to the German ch sound, but a bit more verklempt (Yiddish, of course, being a Jewish version of the Germanic language).

Depends on the dialect, Pembroke sounds like honey, North Welsh is like a Klingon with a cold.
