I can't find where my eb save is at

Ok, you waited a total of 3 minutes before "bumping" your thread. What.

And if it isn't in your save folder, then you must have deleted it. Did you mess around with anything before this happened?

In the 'saves' folder which is in 'EB' folder which is in your RTW installation folder ex: C:/Program Files/Rome Total War/EB/saves

Should be in C:\RTW\eb\saves

did you search in "RTW folder - saves" or in "RTW folder -EB - Saves" ?

If you have RTW installed under the "Program Files" directory and have Vista on your computer, then Vista will relocate your saves to some odd location. (It is advised on to install under "Program Files".) Search the "user name" (where "My Documents" is) for your files if this is the case.
