Will Steam allow game to be on two comps?

I have a comp comming in the mail and while I am waiting I wanted to try the program out on another older computer but I am afraid when I install the game on the old computer Steam might not allow me to activate the game on my new computer (part of some piracy defense for Steam). Do you guys think I am ok to install and still be able to install on my new comp when it comes in?

Yes, you just can't play the same license of the same game on two PCs simultaneously. I don't believe there's a limit to how many PCs you can install the same game on.
