After unlocking the first faction, Portugal, here it is the patch.pack with all factions unlocked.

Notice that there are many factions which i didn't unlock, because they have no units, which is the case of the Barbary States and the Pirates.
(And, well... the screen is not big enough also)

Download de patch.rar, extract, backup the original patch.pack and then replace with this one.

File download is in the first post of the link.

Pirates have Buccaneers and Pirate Mobs (I'm attempting to take over the pirates two bases, I have one, just their capital to go...Im besieging it now)

They are meant to stay at sea.

I'm curious on that too. Its hilarious to see units of pirates in uniform, marching in disciplined lines when you fight them in the campaign. Its like the polar opposite of what pirates are.
