Just wondering, how much money are you getting per turn overall in the beginning? Playing as Sweden BTW, and I'm getting around 15k total per turn, which feels a little too much, and this is just with the starting trade agreements with Britain and France and VH/VH! Is this the way its supposed to be?

I am making like 25k with UP in 1732 on Normal Difficulty. It appears trade is a big part of your economy. It is at least half my income per turn.

im making about 15k in trade and about 15k in tax

no its not too much, im making 30k a turn and spending about 22-25k AND with how fast u tech up when u start to expand, i cant afford to build everything everywhere, also i only have like 3 full stacks wandering around so short answer no i dont think its too much

my biggest worry is that i cant go to war with any major european factions, im trading with like all of them and if i go to war with any of them ill lose that money. and my income will plummet, the large emphasis on trade income makes it hard to fight wars :S

the large emphasis on trade income makes it hard to fight wars :S

Which i think is absolutely fantastic, personally. It makes war something that must be gravely considered, especially as a European nation. I'm playing as Switzerland right now and trading with all my neighbours and have them all friendly through state gifts and technology gifts and whatnot, and it's a tangled web of alliances.

Having no overseas posessions, war in Europe for me would be a bad thing.

Yes I third that notion, explain yourself! :laugh4:

I see, so It's not a glitch then, I suppose with the vastness of the lands plus the naval aspect you will need all that money huh? Thanks!

I probably meant to say Sweden...

Sorry lol.

I was quickly typing that whilst waiting for my group to res in a 25 Naxxramas raid, and trying to explain tactics for the positive negative boss in there to 4 people who had never done it, which is why i made the mistake. This is WoW for those who aren't aware.
