Is it possible for Epeiros to retrain the starting elephant? Where?

Although you could mod the starting provinces to allow you to recruit elephants, no idea how this would be done though.

You can retrain/recruit them, if you build a level 5 MIC in Ambrakia. Also you can recruit Elephantes Indikoi in India, but there you have to build a level 3 regional MIC. AFAIK you can not merdge the "native" Elephantes Indikoi with the merc version from India.

the REcruitmenviewer states that you can train them in the province "Epeiros" with a lvl 5 factional MIC, tho the RV is outdated so it could have changed.

Are you sure that they are not longer recruitable in Ambrakia (Epeiros)? In EB 1.1 they were still available.

i said it could have changed, from 1.0 but apperantly it hasn't. (I have jet to play with Epeiros, tho it has a rather good place on the to do list for when my pc workes again :D )
