Why didn't we meet sooner?
You make even oatmeal
That dawned burden
Seem somehow
Edible.

That stuff is amazing to put on pho noodle soup, at those Pho Noodle shops.

Indeed, much better than that stanky fish sauce.

It's really good. With consistent long burning heat... starts soon, stays fairly even heat and dies out after a long time.
Makes it easier to up the heat without going over the top as it doesn't suddenly kick in after a long period of time.

I always used one of those as my dad is a chilli lover. One with the drawing of the chicken.
It matches so well with most of Chinese/ South East asian noodles and needless to say, its good on everything which is supposed to be spicy.
The one we use currently are too salty. We miss the goody old Sriracha...

Sriracha is like the Asian man's ketchup. You can put it on anything.

Well, I don't put ketchup on anything if I can avoid it, but I'll put :love::heart:Sriracha:heart::love::heart: on everything.
I once made a chocolate Sriracha crêpe, topped with some of my rootbeer whipped cream. It was like my mouth had left my body and gone to heaven!

Meh, I will put Tabasco on everything. I love Tabasco. The only problem is that it is of course bad for one's liver, so I do not consume it very much anymore. I restrict myself to putting Tabasco in the soups I eat. That is all for now.

Shhhhh.... don't be talking about Tabasco infront of Sriracha!
...
No baby, no I never knew her.... no... well... It was many years ago, and I was so young. I didn't know I would be meeting someone as special as you. Baby, Tabasco ment nothing to me, she was just so popular, being Miss Louisiana and all....
Shhh no, no. It's all over now. I haven't seen tabasco in years, I swear.
...
Geez man! What are you trying to start in here?

Oo tabasco or Sriracha.. Thats a tough call to make
Indeed, much better than that stanky fish sauce. Fish sauce generally has to be cooked, like tomato sauce, not served raw.

Tell that to the Vietnamese family I lived with for about six months, heh. I did grow to appreciate it in small doses, in Pho.
