Anyways, here (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=114018&highlight=custom). It can't do it with all the factions, as they won't all fit on the screen. Also, many factions' unit rosters aren't in the custom battles. i.e. Morroco only has the general's bodyguard and camel gunners in the custom battle, while in the campaign it has a more varied collection of units.

On steam, I am Megas Methuselah. Whenever I host a game, I put MEGAS in the title.
