Viewing buildings

I am playing as the Hai and in some of my settlements I have more buildings than I can view on the four lines (the first 2 initial lines and the second lines when you scroll down). How do I see what other buildings are in the settlement? It is important for the upgrading of the governments with the reforms.

It is impossible to view more than just those four lines. If you have to see the next buildings, you have to tear down some of the buildings in the top four lines. When I have to do this, I'll just replace everything I've torn down by using the process_cq cheat.
